To maintain the friendship and then the business with them, we must take all of their cares and concerns to heart and make sure we are meeting as many needs as possible. However, no one person can please every other person, we realize this and though we haven't had any bad outcomes thus far, there will likely be one someday. Ham Steak Ham Steak for Supper Ingredients • Dunagan-Farms Ham Steak • Brown Sugar • Pineapple Rings Directions 1 Dampen with water, rub Ham Steak with a little brown sugar 2 Cook over charcoal for the best flavor, but propane or pellet grill will work too 3 The Ham Steak is already cooked so we are just adding some sweetness and some charcoal flavor, cook until the internal is 160˚ and the fat is just starting to drip 4 Lay your pineapple rings directly on the grill grate and let them warm up and get those crisp grill marks, be sure to have just a little pineapple with each bite of ham. 5 Pair with fried potatoes cooked in leaf lard and then warm up some green beans with a little of the ham steak or bacon mixed in and ENJOY!

Here at Dunagan-Farms we produce locally grown and locally processed beef direct to the comsumer. We have grass fed/grass finished and grass fed/grain finished beef. OUR STORY 1st Generation Beef Farm I have always loved cattle or at least the idea of having cattle, but never really knew where to start. I am a welder by trade and a little over a decade ago I was doing some work for a local rancher who had his belly full of raising cattle and was selling out. I took my payment for that job in the form of 5, 3 & 4 year old bred black Angus commercial cows. I wasn't real sure about anything I did or how to do it, but I have never been afraid to ask questions........We have been learning everything we can and trying to grow since then. About Dunagan-Farms We are a small family farm, we raise cattle for the sole purpose of beef production and selling directly to the consumer. We started selling beef several years ago in the form of halves and quarters and liked the personal aspect of getting honest reviews and opinions of each animal we sold. Since then we have been steadily upping our game to get to where we are today, producing high choice and sometimes prime cuts of beef and an organic protein that carries so much further than normal store-bought meat at an affordable price. We steady ourselves somewhere in the middle of the market, price wise, but strive to and most often do produce very high end product. We would love for you to give us a try. Visit Us ANTIBIOTIC & HORMONE FREE We believe that most times you give an animal anything that is digestibly safe for them to promote growth, it is likely not safe for us. We add nothing to the diets of our cattle that they, through natural daily habits can not get. Antibiotics are an absolute last resort to prevent the animal any undue suffering and all recommended withdraw times are far exceeded if we must use them. There is not and never will be anything genetically modified going in or around our cattle. We do feed our own family with our own beef after all. Overall goal has been and continues to be, to remain as naturally organic as possible without driving costs through the roof. That does slightly limit our overall supply and we're fine with that so long as the product we are producing is the honest best.

You can buy as little or as much as you like, from 1 pound of ground beef and 1 steak up to one of our popular bundles. The bundles are normally always there and ready to go home with you that day. What We Offer Beef Our cattle and the cattle we source are 100% pastured raised and free choice finished. Meaning the cattle are left to enjoy their days grazing rich grasses and the occasional snack of that mineral rich grain that is soy and gluten free. Our cattle are always free from all antibiotics, added hormones and steroids. Pork These pigs get to be pigs every day of the week. They love to roll in the mud and root for roots and grubs. They are raised and finished in pig tractors in a regenerative farming method with a very high end grain available to them. Our hogs are also completely free from all antibiotics and hormones. Lamb These sheep are raised and finished as sheep would be forever ago they always have plenty of grass available and live out their best life as happily as possible before they give their life for us. Our sheep are also always kept free from antibiotics and any added hormones. Bison These bison come from a heard that is direct that was in Oklahoma when the fences were built around them. They are a Plains Bison and are exclusively 100% grass-fed. Bison are great because they are such a resilient animal. Always free of antibiotics and added hormones this is as natural as it gets. Chicken We raise and sell whole meat chickens. These guys love nibbling on grass and chasing grasshoppers, spiders, ticks and worms. They actually get to be a chicken. Always free of antibiotics and added hormones. Eggs The other chickens we have are strictly f or egg production and they do an absolutely wonderful job of making those nutrient rich little boneless butt nuggets. Always free of antibiotics and added hormones. Farmers Market We offer many other items in our store. We have over 30 local vendors that sell jams, honey, BBQ sauce, Tallow soaps and lotions, whole cows milk, cream, fresh butter, beautiful fresh flowers, cookies, bread, jewelry, all kinds of brittle, beef tallow, pork lard, freeze dried fruit and candies, car scents, fresh cakes, hot sauces and so much more. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Shipping Policy We normally schedule a "Meat pick up" for those who have orders, and those orders are ready to pick up. We post dates and times on our Facebook page, Dunagan-Farms, as well as message all customers personally. If for whatever reason you're not able to come to the "Meat pick up", no worries, after the event we will contact you and discuss a suitable meeting place and time in the immediate future. One way or another you will get your meat, we will make sure of that. We now ship the individual items, and bundles anywhere in the state of Oklahoma. If you ordered a portion and want it shipped we can ship it anywhere in the lower 48. If you purchase any shirts or hats.......we can easily ship them just about anywhere in the world. Return & Exchange Policy We do not offer any return policy, however, in the event that a package is damaged by us and it somehow makes it to you and the meat turns color and builds up with frost, just let us know and send us a picture and when we can get you a product to replace the damaged one when you pick up your next order.

Smoked Brisket What you Need: • Dunagan-Farms Brisket, its already trimmed and ready. • Mustard • Course Salt, Pepper, Garlic, or your favorite Rub • Prime Brisket Injection, makes everything easier • A foil pan and some tin foil or butcher paper Directions: 1 Dry Brisket and cover alll sides with mustard 2 Cover, liberally, with salt, pepper, garlic or your favorite rub 3 Mix Prime Brisket Injection up and inject both directions until the brisket is plump and the injection is running out of it 4 Set smoker to about 220˚ and put the brisket right on the grates 5 Once the Brisket hits about 165˚ internally, pull and wrap tightly 6 Place back on the smoker until internal temp hits 202˚ then pull and rest 7 Once the 2-3 hour rest is complete, Slice across the grain and enjoy Some people, those BBQ purists will disagree with injection and wrapping, those people can cook theirs however they please. But if you want to make a solid, delicious Brisket every time you can easily achieve it with the above method. Now you can celebrate Independence Day, enjoying a Brisket with confidence!!!

Tri-Tip Reverse Seared Tri-Tip Ingredients • Dunagan-Farms Tri Tip • Olive Oil • Course Salt • Lots of Black Pepper • Shaved Garlic Directions 1 Dampen with oil, rub Tri Tip with Salt, Pepper and Garlic rub. 2 Cook super slowly until the internal temp hits about 115˚ the pull and let rest for a few minutes while grill heats up to as hot as you can get it. 3 Once grill is as hot as possible (500+) sear the Tri Tip a few minutes on each side until the internal temperature hits 130˚ for a perfectly seared Rare Tri Tip 4 If you wish for a Medium Rare pull at 135˚ for a Medium, pull at 140˚ and so on.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION How old are the cattle when they are butchered? Most of the grain finished cattle range from 12 mos - 18mos depending on the individual animal and what type of finished product we are trying to achieve. Most of the grass finished cattle range from 18mos to 30mos depending again on type of finish desired. What are the grain finished cattle fed? I have spent many hours on calls and in conversations with nutritionists over the years trying to formulate and improve many different feeds to offer the cattle to finish while implementing my personal principle that "cattle shouldnt eat anything in a feed they cant eat off of the ground". That said most of our feed is made up of grasses and non urea bonded grains mixed with a balanced vitamin style mineral. I will not give out the recipes, worked too hard to get them to where they are and confident enough to say that we have the best (most organic) finish feed that can be created. If you notice our beef is not cheap, neither is this specially formulated feed. How long does the meat dry age? The processor we use most often will age the beef for a minimum 10 days up to 14-16 days. I will from time to time use a different processor that can age for up to 28 days, those cuts will sell as prime at prime cost and wont come around, but 2-3 times a year. I will post on here and fb before we process those to take orders. Do we get attatched to the animals? Unequivocally, yes, but that is a part of the world. I work hard with these animals to get them to produce the type of product we're after. It is my belief that cattle are on this planet to provide food and we just try to help them be the best food they can.
